National History Day in Indiana relies on volunteers for judging student’s history project through out the state. This year all judging interviews will be conducted virtually via Zoom from the safety of your own home.
Go to the IHS website to register to judge at one or more of the five contest dates. www.indianahistory.org/contribute/volunteer. Here you will be directed to Register as a volunteer judge, Select the contests of your choosing and then Register for training on Virtual judging rules for 2021
Judging webinars offered Thursday, February 11/ 3:00-4:30 pm and Thursday, February 25 /7:00-8:30 pm
2021 Virtual Contest Dates for Regional contests are; March 6th, March 13th, March 20th and March 27th, State Contest: May 1, 2021

Judging is a 6 hour commitment. This includes reviewing the projects and working with your judging team to complete evaluations and determine project rankings.
