Indiana Sports Corp has a fantastic volunteer opportunity coming up August 18th, 23rd, and 25th! Would you be willing to pass the information along to your network and whomever you see fit for the experience? Below is a sample template along with an attached flyer for more information about the volunteer opportunity. We would be thrilled to have all the help we can get! ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Indiana Sports Corp needs help putting on the biggest corporate event in Indiana, the Corporate Challenge! This is a fun-filled community event that emphasizes healthy lifestyles, friendly competition and company camaraderie. The competition offers something for each member of the company: distance runs, sprints, a fitness walk, tug-of-war, and field activities (called “Good Sport Events”) such as basketball shootout, football accuracy throw, golf chipping challenge and soccer shootout, to name a few and we need volunteers to help in all areas! Preliminary events will be conducted on August 18, August 23 and for the fourth-consecutive year, the main event will be at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on August 25.

Visit our website to see dates and times that fit your schedule! We have several open shifts such as Frisbee toss, hydration water stations, family fun zone, and course marshal for 5k/10k/half mile.

Volunteer Attire

All volunteers will receive the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge uniform shirt. Khaki or black pants and comfortable shoes complete the uniform.
