About the Event

Each year, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church hosts Greek Fest. It’s a wonderful event where you can visit Greece without leaving Indy! We always welcome and need volunteers to help make this event a success. It’s the major fundraiser for the church. After volunteering, we welcome you to stay and enjoy the food, Greek dancing, and much more!

Volunteer Details

You will be assigned to a booth to help serve the patrons attending the Festival. If you have a preferred booth, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. We appreciate any help we can get.

What’s Provided?

• A voucher for a Gyro or hotdog for each shift you work.
• Water is always provided.
• An air conditioned, volunteer lounge in the church where you will be able to relax and eat if you wish.
• Parking in the field beside the church as long as the weather permits. When entering, just tell the attendant you are volunteering and there will be no charge for parking. If the parking is full, there is parking at the Kroger on Michigan Road. A free shuttle is available to the festival and back to the Kroger.

 

 

Volunteer Attire

Please dress comfortably for the weather! This is an outside event which will happen rain or shine. You are welcome to wear shorts, t-shirts, etc., as long as you’re comfortable.
