About the Event
The Tom Wood Group is hosting an employee picnic on Sunday, August 27 from 11am-2pm, commemorating our 50 years in business! The theme is a carnival atmosphere with games, dunk tanks, potato sack race, etc. We are in need of 12 volunteers to work at the various games, and in some cases, collecting money (that is still tentative). The event will conduct at Metro Airport – Tom Wood Hangar, 9913 Willow View Rd, Fishers, IN. Volunteers should be at least 15 years old.
It will be a fun event, with approximately 800-1000 attendees!

Volunteer Details
| Volunteers would man the games, dunk tank, pie eating contest, potato sack race, etc, handing out various prizes, Volunteers may also participate in collecting money for charity donations, general clean up, provide courtesy driving in a golf cart from event entrance to the games (last item is tentative)
Volunteers are welcome to lunch/beverages; we may also include a special volunteer t-shirt, but that is TBD as of today; we will advise on parking accommodations. |
