About the Event

We have a volunteer training next week on Wednesday November 15 at 6:30 PM, the training is located at Hilbert Circle Theatre and is geared for volunteers interested in joining us for the Yuletide Celebration concerts this December. Looking to get involved with Indiana’s largest performing arts organization? Then join the ISO family! Each year, enthusiastic and committed individuals contribute over 23,000 volunteer hours to the ISO, and over 4,400 of them are during IPL’s Yuletide Celebration!

Details
Training will be located in the historic Hilbert Circle Theatre at 45 Monument Circle on Wednesday, November 15 at 6:30 PM. Registration will open at 6:00 PM. Parking is provided at the Express parkway at 20 N Penn Ave.

Volunteer Opportunities
Ushers are Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra ambassadors and an integral part of our success! These volunteers are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the Hilbert Circle Theatre patrons. Volunteers are also bale able to hear performance while volunteering. Responsibilities include:

• Coat Check
• Ticket Taking
• Concert Ushering

Volunteer Benefits
Besides the benefit of networking with other Indy arts enthusiasts volunteers are also eligible for complimentary ticket vouchers. Vouchers are redeemable for one ticket to a 2017-2018 Lilly Classical Series or Printing Partners Pop Series concert. During your volunteer time (including training), we’ll cover your parking expenses for the evening! Parking is provided at the Express parkway at 20 N Penn Ave.

31 concerts in 23 days! There are many shifts please attend the training to learn more!

Parking and a ticket voucher provided.

Volunteer Attire

Black pants/skirt with black comfortable shoes and a white button up shirt. The ISO will provide you with a blazer and name tag.
