About the Event
From spooktacular activities to amazing animals and pumpkins galore, ZooBoo presented by Central Indiana Honda Dealers is the place to be in October! With mild temperatures, active animals and colorful foliage all around, fall is already a wonderful time to visit the Zoo. Add in all the extra Halloween activities for an unforgettable family experience. This year, Pumpkin Town returns with adorable cats and fancy rats, a friendly witch and a crafty pumpkin school where fun is in session. Trick or Treat Stations, Broomstick Alley, Round-Go-Merry (the carousel that moves in reverse), and ,of course, animals! Animals are typically quite active during the fall with mild temperatures. Watch several of the animals enjoying Halloween-themed enrichment and extra animal chats throughout the event! Even the elephant herd will be getting into the Halloween spirit with the pumpkin-splattering fun of the Elephant Pumpkin Smash presented by Sam’s Club!

Volunteer Details
Volunteer Opportunities:
Interact with guests and assist with fall-themed activities such as: Pumpkin Bowling Pro, Mirror Maze Attendant, Pumpkin Town Greeter, Enrichment Enthusiast, Craft Assistant, and more.
Assignments and number of volunteers vary based on the date and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive a meal and free parking.

Volunteer Attire
You may wear a child-friendly costume (no masks or full-face make up). -OR- khaki pants and a solid-color shirt. Please wear closed-toe shoes.
These are outdoor shifts, so dress appropriately.
