Euclid and Colorado Tree Planting

Do you love trees and improving neighborhoods? Sign up now to secure your spot planting trees in the Forest Manor neighborhood. Together we’ll be planting 109 native trees and adding to the urban tree canopy. Trees not only provide shade and homes for native wildlife; they also can help reduce storm water runoff and lower noise and air pollution.

PARKING AND FACILITIES INFO: This planting is occurring in a residential area. Volunteers can park along Euclid Avenue, N. Colorado Avenue or neighboring streets. Additional parking is available a short walk away at Forest Manor Park (2000 Forest Manor Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218). Bike parking is not guaranteed. Facilities such as restrooms are not provided onsite. Restrooms can be found at nearby public businesses or additional recommendations can be made by KIB staff.

SAFETY GUIDELINES: KIB takes your safety seriously. While we are not restricting group size currently for volunteer engagements, wearing masks and physical distancing are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. If all safety guidelines are followed, volunteers can expect a safe and fun volunteer experience!
