Volunteers Needed for the Route 56 Damar Gala at the JW Marriott – Saturday, March 4th – Shifts from 3:30P to 11:30P

The 2023 Damar Gala will be an unforgettable night at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis, including specialty cocktails, appetizers, a three-course gourmet meal, silent and live auctions, and entertainment by the world-famous Loverboy. Thanks to efforts of our volunteers, at this annual event, we are able to raise money to benefit the continued growth of our mission to provide life-changing treatment and support to those facing unimaginable developmental, intellectual, and behavioral challenges throughout the state of Indiana.

Free dinner and t-shirts will be provided to all volunteers as well as parking validation for those parking at the JW Marriott garage and bring their ticket to check-in. We are looking for welcoming and friendly volunteers to help make this Gala possible!

Registration & Hospitality – Saturday, March 4 (3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
Registration and hospitality volunteers may assist with greeting and directing attendees, registration, photo stations, and the health station.

Fundraising & Exit Hospitality Volunteer – Saturday, March 4 (7 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.)
Fundraising and exit hospitality volunteers may help with the live auction, silent auction, and event cleanup.
