The majority of volunteers are needed from 9am until 12:30 pm for scoring all of the tests. This involves grading the tests and marking the answers as correct or incorrect on a team scoring sheet. Volunteers must be able to mark clearly a 1 or 0 in very tight spacing on the score sheets such that the scoring sheet is legible. Volunteers also need to be able to complete simple addition, multiplication, and division for the final team scoring. The volunteers need to be able to follow directions on processing the test score sheets and help rank the test scores in order to determine the top teams and individuals. Volunteers must agree to keep all test questions, answers, and results COMPLETELY confidential. Failure to maintain confidentiality will result is barring that volunteer from future competitions.
