The December 2024 Economic Club of Indiana luncheon will feature Dr. Sue Ellspermann who has served as President of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana since 2016. She is the ninth individual to hold the position and first female president of the College. Ellspermann’s focus has been to align Ivy Tech’s programs and credentials to meet industry needs and ensure access, quality, and affordability to all Hoosiers.

Volunteer with WFYI and NPR for this wonderful event! Lunch will be provided for volunteers, and they’ll have the opportunity to listen to speakers. During the luncheon events, volunteers are needed to help with event support including light set-up and tear-down as well as guest check-in.

The Economic Club of Indiana is a forum for leaders in Central Indiana to hear from nationally recognized speakers on current and important topics. The club has been a notable setting for discussions on local and global issues for over 40 years. WFYI Public Radio partners with the Economic Club of Indiana to record and broadcast the club’s monthly luncheons. Many talented and articulate leaders are scheduled to present their thoughts and ideas throughout the season.
