About the Event

The OneAmerica Broad Ripple Art Fair is the Indianapolis Art Center’s largest fundraising event of the year and it takes committed and passionate volunteers to make it a success. By volunteering you are not only helping us make the OneAmerica Broad Ripple Art Fair a success, you’re helping to create a fun atmosphere for our Art Fair guests!

Volunteer Details

Volunteer Roles:

• Ticket sales and entry gates
• Artist Area helpers and information tent
• Beer, wine, soda and water sales
• Food and drink vendor assistance
• Event set-up and teardown
• Art activities
• Youth art activities and face painting

• Free admission to the Fair at any time during the weekend! Simply stop by the Volunteer Tent to have your hand stamped and enjoy all the Art Fair has to offer before or after your volunteer shift.
• Bottled water and light snacks are available in the Volunteer Check-in tent.

Volunteer Attire

• Volunteer t-shirt must be worn during your shift. Pick up at Volunteer Check-in. There is no changing area so please wear something light that you can put your volunteer shirt over.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended.
