About the Event
The Josiah Lilly Kirby Sr. Distinguished Service Award Gala is scheduled for Saturday, November 5, 2016 and will be held downtown at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. We are expecting 600+ guests, representing local and national Indiana businesses, pharmaceutical companies, law firms, banks and health-related organizations. This year, we are partying for a cure, with a Mardi Gras theme! From Registration Attendants and Auction Table hosts, to Concierge services and clean up, we need great volunteers to ensure our guests have a wonderful time from start to finish!

Volunteer Details
We are in need of the following volunteers: Auction Item Pick Up, Clean Up Crew, Valet Hosts, WeDo Auction Attendants, Showcase Showdown assistants
Dinner is provided at 4:00pm for early shift volunteers, snacks will be provided for all shift volunteers throughout the night.
Volunteer Attire
Black Pants and white or black top with sleeves. Dresses acceptable. Please wear comfy shoes!
