About the Event
Did you know that IA has an adopted median ? It’s on 86th Street between Park and Broadway AND it needs our help !Come prepared with clothes that can get dirty and bright shirts. ( I have a few safety vests if you don’t have one )Specific things you need to bring : Trowels , clippers, gloves , etc. If you don’t have any tools , don’t let that stop you fret…. we have got you covered ! If you are interested , we will meet at 8 am at the Hotcakes Emporium at the southeast corner of 86th and Ditch . At 9 am , we will meet at the median to get to work . We are typically out there for 1-1.5 hours. We will take any time you can offer . We park in the First Baptist Church parking lot . Get your green thumbs ready !
