About the Event

On March 10, Noble will host its largest fundraiser, “A Noble Evening in the Garden” at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. A preview to the Indiana Flower & Patio Show, restaurants, bars, an auction, and entertainment will be scattered throughout the gardens. We are seeking volunteers to help in various positions and at various times. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21 OVER. Volunteers will be able to enjoy the event before or after their shift.

Volunteer Details

Volunteers are needed for the following positions:
*Set-up – helps set up signage, coat check, etc.
*Restaurant Set-up – helps restaurants carry in supplies and set up
*Line Director – directs guests to correct registration line
*Clean-up – cleans up after event
*VIP Greeter – ensures that only VIP guests get into VIP area
*Coat Check – checks coats
*Auction Monitor – monitors auction
*Champagne Table – pours and serves champagne (MUST have or apply for liquor license)
*Beer Table – serves beer (MUST have or apply for liquor license)
*Wine Table – pours and serves wine (MUST have or apply for liquor license)
*Restaurant Aide – helps restaurants as needed (i.e. getting ice, etc.)

Free ticket to event where volunteers enjoy food, drinks, entertainment

Volunteers must pay their own parking
