Noble Evening in the Garden

Our annual “Noble Evening in the Garden” will take place on March 14 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds (Expo Hall and West Pavilion) from 7-11 p.m. As a past Noble volunteer who has expressed interest in helping with events, we wanted to see if you’d be interested in helping this year.

The following volunteer positions are available:

• Set-up: 1-5 p.m. (5 volunteers needed) – help post signage/banners, take supplies to tables, set up auction, etc.
• Greeter: 6:30-7 p.m. (2 volunteers needed) – greet guests and direct them to President’s VIP area
• Indy Facets Game: 7-11 p.m. (5 volunteers needed) – actively “sell” opportunity for guests to win jewelry
• Volunteer Check-in: 6:30-9 p.m. (2 volunteers needed)
• Coat Check: 6:30-11:30 p.m. (3 volunteers needed)
• Auction Monitor/Runner: 7-11:30 p.m. (3 volunteers needed) – monitor auction area & take auction items to check out after event ends
• Alcohol Server: 7-11 p.m. (MUST have valid alcohol server’s license; we can tell you how to get one) – serve beer, wine or champagne – also need 2 servers for President’s VIP area from 6:30-7 p.m.
• Restaurant Set-up: 3:30-7 p.m. (6 volunteers needed) – help restaurants carry in supplies & set up
• Restaurant Aide: 7-11 p.m. (6 volunteers needed) – check in with restaurants/bars; get extra supplies, pick up trash left behind by guests
• Permanent Jewelry Sales: 7-11 p.m. (1 volunteer needed) – take payment for permanent jewelry vendor
• Garden of Gifts: 7-11 p.m. (4 volunteers needed) – actively “sell” opportunity for guests to win wine or gift cards
• We can also us help with clean up following the event from 11 p.m.-midnight.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are available and willing to help. Also, let me know which volunteer position(s) you’re interested in. We’ll try to accommodate your first choice. Feel free to invite family or friends to volunteer with you, however, they must be 21 or older.
