Punch Bowl Social is a concept that pairs food and cocktails with modern and retro games. The name is inspired by the Victorian social tradition of gathering around a bowl of punch. It encourages face-to-face interaction while dining and playing games, providing a unique setting for exceptional experiences. At Punch Bowl Social, you can enjoy modern and retro games while sipping your drink. Think bowling, ping pong, shuffleboard, and even karaoke.
President Michele says, “Christopher and I go there a lot. We like the dirty fries with bison. Yum. It’s a $15 appetizer and enough to share for a meal. Service on the food is really quick and one of the best things about Punch Bowl is the leather big booths or couches you can sit on and visit with others. There are two entrances. One off of the street (which is where the host stand is) and the other entrance is through Circle Center Mall. There is no waiting area or host at the mall entrance. There also is a bar area. I suggest not entering through Circle Center Mall and gathering at the other entrance for seating. There are a lot of other video games, pinball machines and Skee-Ball that require a play card which you can buy for any denomination. That’s the way they operate the machines…. The place is huge and has something for everyone. Private bowling lanes get reserved right away. They have tons of TVs, music, ping-pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. [Some activities can be pricey and] folks may want to do those, but if they don’t, there’s plenty of other stuff to do inexpensively.”
All are welcome! RSVPs are encouraged at our Meetup Event or email Chris Blair at volunteeradmin@indyambassadors.org.
