Welcome back to another year of community plantings! Help KIB blanket Eagle Creek Trail with beautiful native trees on Saturday March 5, 2022 from 9:00am – 12:00 noon.
In this community planting, 99 native trees will be planted! Sign up now to secure your spot and be a part of something that will last for years to come. PARKING AND FACILITIES INFO: This planting does not require you to enter an admission gate at Eagle Creek Park. Parking is limited in this area. Carpooling, if possible, is highly recommended. Parking spots are located near Galyan’s Bear and Eagle Creek Golf Club. Both locations provide access to the trail for this planting. Please walk the trail from Galyan’s or Eagle Creek Golf Club to meet with KIB. Facilities such as restrooms are not provided onsite. Restrooms can be found inside Eagle Creek Park or additional recommendations can be made by KIB staff.
SAFETY GUIDELINES: KIB takes your safety seriously. While we are not restricting group size currently for volunteer engagements, wearing masks and physical distancing are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. If all safety guidelines are followed, volunteers can expect a safe and fun volunteer experience!
