Ronald McDonald House Charities
At Ronald McDonald House Charities of Indiana, we provide a supportive home away from home for families of children receiving medical care at Riley Children’s Health and other area hospitals.
When families have a sick child, we provide comfort, care and kindness when they need it most. Our House provides all the comforts of home, plus a community of support, and our Family Rooms are places for families to rest during the long days of testing or treatment.
Volunteer Needs
We offer recurring volunteer opportunities for individuals. Our volunteers must be 18 years or older and make at least an every-other week commitment to a reoccurring shift for six months. The volunteer services that are needed most include Guest Services at our Ronald McDonald House and within our Family Rooms at Riley Children’s Health. Culinary Crew volunteers are needed during lunch hours, weekdays 11 am-2 pm.
One-time service group opportunities are available for groups of 10 or fewer in two-hour daytime shifts Tuesday-Thursday.
